Please Note: City of Kalamazoo regulations specify that signs cannot be placed on public property, on utility poles, on the public right of way (the lawn between sidewalk and street), or in any way that would constitute a hazard or visual obstruction. Regulations also require that signs may only be placed on private property (including parked cars) with the express consent of the owner. Tenants may display yard signs unless restricted by the lease agreement; and property owners may post signs at rented properties.
